Paul currently serves as Head of Sales and Customer Success at Clean Claims, where he leads customer engagement and market strategy for a platform transforming how restoration professionals manage insurance claims. Paul has also served as a key player at KnowHow, helping hundreds of restoration companies solve workforce inconsistency and boost operational performance through intuitive digital tools.
From his early days as a Mitigation Technician, Estimator, and Department Manager to his time as a CAT Property Claims Adjuster and later as a Strategic Alliance Representative, Paul has lived the restoration process from every angle—contractor, vendor, and carrier. His broad industry background also includes roles in environmental testing, mold management, and claims review, giving him a 360-degree view of the challenges and opportunities facing today’s restoration professionals.
