Russ Jacobs has over 30 years’ experience in the restoration industry. Starting as an independent soft content processer in 1992, then several years part of a the FRSTeam franchise before working for 5 years with iCat inventory pack out software. For the last 8 years, Russ has been the Director of Customer Development with Esporta Wash Systems, Inc. With a focus on establishing consistent SOP’s through training, communication and an emphasis on the customer experience, you will see restoration through a different lens.
