About Scott
Scott Morgenroth is a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) and Certified Net Promoter Associate with deep expertise in multi-unit operations, franchise growth, and customer experience strategy. He currently leads the Client Success teams for GuildQuality and Listen360 within the EverPro family of brands, where he partners with franchised and multi-location businesses to drive measurable performance improvements.
Over the past decade, Scott has worked with more than 400 franchise and multi-location brands—from emerging concepts to nationally recognized household names—helping them accelerate retention, revenue growth, and profitability through structured customer feedback systems and data-driven performance management.
Prior to joining EverPro, Scott was a key member of the leadership team that scaled i9 Sports from an early-stage franchise to more than 200 high-performing locations nationwide. During his tenure, i9 Sports pioneered the Youth Sports Franchise model, earned recognition as the #1 Children’s Fitness Franchise by Entrepreneur Magazine, and achieved placement in the prestigious Franchise 500® for 12 consecutive years.
While at i9 Sports, Scott designed and led the organization’s franchise training and business coaching model—later featured in Street Smart Franchising. He also spearheaded the implementation and network-wide adoption of the Net Promoter Score (NPS) framework and Listen360 platform, driving an 8-point improvement in overall NPS across the system.
Earlier in his career, Scott coached elite amateur and professional soccer players at IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida—one of the nation’s premier residential training facilities. He also served as a staff goalkeeper coach for U.S. Youth National Teams and as a coaching education instructor for the U.S. Soccer Federation.
Scott resides in Lakewood Ranch, Florida, where he remains active in the sport—now coaching his two daughters’ teams. An avid mountain biker, he enjoys spending time on the trails whenever possible.”
