About Laura
Laura’s started in healthcare, where I specialized in front-office patient care for individuals with long-term disabilities. I was part of a growth organization that expanded from one office to two offices and two surgical centers during my tenure. That “wild ride” shaped how I lead: with calm in complexity, deep respect for people, and an empathy-forward approach—especially in high-stress environments.
After nearly a decade in healthcare, I made the leap to a small Atlanta-based startup called GuildQuality, managing a 13-agent telephone call center. GuildQuality partners with professional home service companies to conduct customer satisfaction surveys and provide clear, digestible insights—so businesses can thrive by listening closely to the needs of their customers.
GuildQuality was later acquired by EverCommerce, and today I serve as a General Manager at EverPro, overseeing four customer experience software businesses: GuildQuality, Customer Lobby (direct mail retention and prospect marketing), pulseM (review generation), and Listen360 (enterprise/franchise customer satisfaction insights).
I’m a Georgia native and have lived in Daytona Beach, Florida for the past eight years. Outside of work, I’m a mom to two incredible kids who challenge and inspire me daily—and when I’m not in “mom mode,” you can usually find me drawing (sometimes nothing more than doodling) or antiquing for hidden treasures.”
