About Lisa
Lisa Lavender is a passionate industry leader, educator, and innovator with over two decades of experience in restoration and reconstruction. Holding a B.S. in Accounting from Penn State, she is also an IICRC Master Fire, Water, and Textile Restorer and a certified High Performance Learning Journey Champion.
As co-owner and Chief Operating Officer of Berks ∙ Fire ∙ Water Restorations, Inc., founded in 2000, Lisa has helped build an award-winning restoration company in the region. Driven by a mission to share knowledge, tools, and inspiration, she founded the Restoration Technical Institute (RTI) in 2012, a nationally recognized training facility that empowers restoration professionals through hands-on education and digital learning solutions.
In 2018, Lisa expanded her reach in the industry by becoming Vice President of Operations Design for iRestore, a restoration software platform developed by restorers, for restorers. Her focus on operations and user experience has shaped iRestore into a trusted tool for companies seeking excellence and efficiency.
In 2024, RTI and iRestore united under one brand: Lever360. As CEO of Lever360, Lisa now leads a company that provides innovative software and powerful training solutions for the restoration industry. Lever360 reflects her commitment to empowering individuals and teams with the tools and knowledge to thrive—delivering what she calls “the levers to move the world.”
Lisa authors “Restoring Success” column for R&R Magazine, speaks at industry events, and develops training content that fuels the growth of professionals across the country. Whether mentoring teams, designing systems, or delivering educational experiences, Lisa brings a contagious passion for helping others find joy and success in their work.
